Field herbs can only be harvested during certain times of the year and can change flavor depending on the season. They come from our fields in the middle of vineyards or near wheat crops where wild chicory plants are found.

Twice a year we decide to stop with all the work in the countryside to harvest this wonderful plant and transform it for you.

Chicory pate is the result of careful selection in the fields and the love we all put into each jar.
