An exclusive view of our vineyards

We want to convey to you the pleasure of living in the country, even if only for a few days, by providing you with all possible comforts. The wonder is taken care of by nature.

Picchinenna Room

The bedroom is decorated with an exhibit of 20 paintings by the painter Marino Picchinenna. His family came from Basilicata and is said to have been involved in horse breeding for the royal family of the Bourbons of Naples. Mario had a real passion for horses.

In front of the bed are his depictions of horses running through the fields in winter, spring and summer.

An artist's copy of the famous Théodore Géricault painting can be seen in the hallway.

The Picchinenna room includes a double bedroom with a view of the vineyards, a bathroom, a hallway and a large covered terrace furnished with a small table and armchairs where you can relax while enjoying the bucolic view. It is equipped with air conditioning, internet and independent access from the garden.

Sustermans Room

The living room is decorated with two large canvases telling the story of the Roman carnival and depicting the famous horse race that took place on Piazza del Popolo and Via del Corso, named after this very race. We made these two original paintings with Romanian painter Emanuele Bandù for an exhibition in China to tell the story of Roman carnivals during the papal reign. At that time the carnival celebration lasted for a month, during which the main event was the 'shaken' (riderless) horse race along Via del Corso.

The bedroom is adorned with an artist's copy of one of the most beautiful and inspiring horse paintings. Romanian painter Emanuele Bandù reproduced the portrait of Ferdinand II de' Medici by Flemish artist Justus Sustermans. It was this work of art that inspired us to organize the exhibition "Love at First Sight," which can be viewed in our wine shop. Beyond the door is a beautiful painting of a red horse by Tranquilli, a Roman painter.

The hallway displays a print by Roman painter Antonio Vangelli, who worked for a time in our area, a watercolor by Paola Pericone of Colleferro, and an oil painting by Tarquini.

The Susterman solution includes a small room with a French bed (one and a half squares), a bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a kitchen with a large terraceoverlooking the vineyards equipped for outdoor dining. It is equipped with air conditioning, television, internet and independent access from the garden. The kitchen is furnished with induction plates, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It is also equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
