A wine of great elegance and personality, Cesanese is distinguished by an intense and complex bouquet, where notes of cherry, blackberry and small red fruits blend with delicate floral hints of violet and rose, enriched by spicy hints of clove, black pepper and cardamom, and a beautiful balsamicity with hints of the Mediterranean maquis. The palate is harmonious and enveloping, with soft, well-integrated tannins, balanced freshness and a pleasant savoriness that enhances drinkability, ideal to enjoy on its own or in combination with traditional Roman and summer dishes.
