Influence of amphora: Aging in amphora allows natural micro-oxygenation, which promotes the wine's evolution without the influence of woody aromas. This process enhances the typicality of Cesanese, keeping its fruity and floral aromas intact, giving balanced structure and remarkable flavor persistence.
